Getting real about how you feel is the most important part of who you are. It captures your core, fortifies your foundation and signals to the soul that you're ready to heal the heart.

We spend so much time thinking about this, worrying about that, catching up on this, planning for that. We contemplate, consider, and consolidate - and so often we're completely checked out from how we feel about things all together.

And we wonder why we're feeling off!
